Due to the nature of Her Vue, we do not accept returns or exchanges at this time. This policy applies to our entire collection of frames.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You will be required to return your purchase. Once we receive the items your store credit will be issued.
